Auvareth products are digital implementation resources. The exact included files, software requirements, licence and product-specific boundaries are stated on each product page. Products organise information, assumptions and decisions entered by the buyer. They do not process payments, provide professional advice, certify compliance, or guarantee sales, profit, capacity, timing, delivery, safety or any other business outcome.

Customers are responsible for reviewing suitability, entering accurate information, maintaining backups, and obtaining qualified local guidance where accounting, tax, legal, employment, privacy, food-safety or allergen requirements apply. Product-specific boundaries form part of these terms.

Orders are accepted only when checkout completes successfully. The price and currency shown at checkout govern the transaction. Fraudulent, abusive or licence-violating use may result in access being suspended where permitted by law.

Unless a product page says otherwise, purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one purchaser and one bakery or business to use and adapt the supplied files internally. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public template sharing and representing the materials as the buyer’s own commercial template product are prohibited. Purchase does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property ownership.

Support covers download access and reproducible defects in the supplied files. It does not include customisation, data entry, consulting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, food-safety or allergen advice.
